Did not keep me engaged
"I cannot believe that this show received any Tonys at all - It was not engaging or entertaining at all. The theater was quite noisy from outside sirens and other distracting noise..."

Left at intermission
"I found the show’s set distracting. I admire Mr. Lane and applaud his tackling this particular American classic, but, no….this was just not for him. I wasn’t thrilled, and maybe confused, by the actors portraying the sons, with their interpretations. Saving grace was Laurie Metcalf who woke me up . As much as I found Ms Metcalf the best part, that wasn’t enough to keep me from leaving at intermission. "
