"I loved how the music supported the storyline, the dance choreography was great, the main characters singing was amazing. One word of caution, there are a lot of F-words, one scene with a gun and police sirens, and 1 intimate scene that are probably not appropriate for kids. I took my 10 y/o and had to cover her eyes/ears a couple times."

"The acting and music were unbelievably amazing! You don’t have to be a fan of Alicia Keys or know anything about her to love this show. The music includes some of her bigger hits and well known songs, but there are surprising ways the songs are sang and used in the musical. Fun fact: Alicia Key’s HS music teacher plays keyboard in the band. The cast was so gracious at the stage door with pictures and autographs for all who wanted them. Highly recommend this sure to be long-running show!"
