Magnificent production and theater configuration but sound only ok
"This is an absolutely fantastic production. Very touching storyline, tremendous performances. I avoid the orchestra in most theaters because people are taller than me, but here the incline is at higher angle and any seat looks pretty good for anyone of any height. The sound was only ok. My husband and I both had trouble hearing some spoken lines from second row of the loge Ctr left. I’ve never had any trouble hearing in any broadway theater before (or theaters in Philadelphia either), so it’s something about this theater, or maybe this location in the theater. If I go to this theater again, I’ll get orchestra seats. Hopefully, stage whispers or quick speech is clearer there."

The combination of the smaller, more intimate theater, the incredible talent of the cast, and the phenomenal orchestra delivered a show that surpassed my already-high expectations. Ragtime is a sweeping musical adaption of E.L.
