"I bought these tickets prior to watching the Apple TV show. I started second guessing myself and became very skeptical as the TV show just didn't cut it for my husband and I. I can wholeheartedly share that the Broadway production was fantastic - a delightful, funny and incredibly enjoyable production. It was that rare escape that left you wanting for more. Everybody needs some corn pudding
"I see a lot of theater and very few shows result in roars of applause at intermission and the end. Schmigadoon did. The show sends a powerful message of community, love, respect, and decency. I was laughing so hard at times that I didn’t get the full message until several hours after the show ended. Think old-school musical Broadway, big numbers, big cast, big voices, and a talented group of actors who know how to work well with each other. The ensemble was a amazing. Some actors had more words and more notes, but there is no star of this show, thankfully. I am still enjoying it."

"Schmigadoon was a total delight from beginning to end. We loved the music, the dancing, the interaction between the cast members and especially their enthusiasm. I especially enjoyed looking for the “chestnuts” that related to musicals of the past — some were really obvious but still funny and some you had to think about (in the schoolroom scene, the dates of the States’ founding on the chalkboard all reflected locales of famous musicals spoofed in the show.) "Schmigadoon is a musical for people who really love musicals and for people who really don’t!
It’s brilliant, self-aware, and witty.
Its themes and tropes are true to the genre while simultaneously fresh and effervescent.
The outstanding cast is brilliant and talented. The songs are fun, funny, and brimming with clever genius.
I loved it and I can see why it won the Tony for best musical. A well-deserved win!
Schmigadoon is a hit that… hits the nail on the head, hits it out of the park, and hits you in the feels with all its heart.
Absolutely exceeded expectations!
