This show is amazing
"This show absolutely blew me away. The story, the actors, the set, all of it was so well done. The outsiders is one of my favorite books, and now this is one of my favorite musicals. The adaptation was done so well and the actors truly captured the emotion and depth of the characters they played. Also the use of the set was incredible to watch because although the backdrop of the stationary set never changed, the choreographed movements and changes and use of the tires, planks, car, etc was so cool to watch. This was all only enhanced by the unique lighting design which utilized some unconventional aspects, such as flashlights as well as other cues to give the illusion of a slow motion effect.
This was one of the most incredible performances I have ever seen from start to finish. I laughed, cried, and was so drawn in and invested I felt as if I was really there in Tulsa ‘67 living through the story alongside Ponyboy and his friends. I can’t wait to see this again!"
