Campy
"I felt it was well done. The audience was very engaged, enjoying the production. I think those who like “campy” especially appreciated it."

Hilarious and campy!
"Very funny. I laughed tons, and the campy, drag show vibe was perfect for Pride month. The sex references and props (eggplant dildo) were bit over the top for my 13 year old. I was laughing really hard (no pun intended) but felt like a bad parent for doing so. "

Titanique sinks and swims
"The show is a parody, I get it but some of the material ( and if I’m being honest) some of the acting is over the top. Some parts hit, some missed and to many were overdone to a point of cringeworthyness. I think more work to tighten the content would have gone a long way. Still it was a fun nighy"

Absurd!
"A little far fetched. Good in places, over the top in others. "

tired show
"If this had been in a bar setting or if had gotten tickets at a discount would have been fine. Not worth full price. Voices were good, but rest was fair."

I do not know how this made it to Broadway
"It's like an unsuccessful SNL spoof. The characters seem so smug and pleased with their unsubtle and unending innuendo. Jim Parsons probably has the funniest lines and he knows it and he beats you over the head with it. The voices were good (of course); songs were underwhelming. The girl playing Celine Dion was just annoying. If you want to see a great musical, see Operation Mincemeat. If you want to spend your time just wishing there was an interval so you could leave unobtrusively, see Titanique."

A sinking show
"The music overpowered the actors and song lyrics- not unique to this show. The characters were not relatable. The lighting was distracting. This show is probably not for those over the age of 50. I was not offended by the sexual content (Oh Mary was more graphic) but I thought much was either gratuitous or just sophomoric . "

The joke was not on us
"We were excited to see a satire of Titanic infused with Celine Dion songs. Instead we were dragged through (pun intended) 2 hours of gay slapstick (including many slaps) in a performance that a mostly queer audience found hysterical and resonant but without the context, for a straight couple, was hard to follow the narrative. Disappointed w/ Titanique
"Wasn’t what we expected. Not all the singers were Broadway-worthy. Cringy lewd theme throughout show. Like a high school version of Saturday Night Live gone bad. "

Disappointing. A beautiful story turned into a vulgar show
"It is not a family show and made a mockery of a tragic story. We regretted purchasing tickets for this show instead of a magical broadway show."

Show should Sink
"The singing was average, kind of like a drag queen show. The humor was not funny Celine should take her name away from this show My wife and I didn’t enjoy any part of the show "
