Broadway’s box office standings remained virtually unchanged from the previous week, with strength across the board (six musicals pulling in $1 million plus; God of Carnage not far behind at just over $970,000). The number of shows running continued to shrink, however, as Broadway said farewell to the revivals of The Philanthropist and Accent on Youth as well as August: Osage County and Irena’s Vow.
