The winter chill continued on Broadway, as the majority of shows took their cue from the groundhog and settled in for six more weeks of less-than-overflowing attendance. A happy exception: starry newcomer A View from the Bridge, which saw its grosses increase by almost $200,000 after receiving generally excellent reviews. Liev & Scarlett and hopped to second place on the frontrunners’ list for capacity behind another new show, A Little Night Music.
