Todrick Hall Gives Cinderella a Gay Makeover with the Music of Rihanna, Katy Perry and More

Watch out Laura Osnes, there’s another Cinderella in town! Broadway and American Idol veteran Todrick Hall (The Color Purple, Memphis) has given the classic fairy tale a modern, gay twist in CinderFella, a viral video to promote marriage equality. In the humorous clip Hall meshes classic Disney tunes with Top 40 hits from Rihanna, Katy Perry and more to tell the story of a young boy hoping to meet his own Prince Charming at a glamorous ball. This short even features clever cameos from Hairspray veterans Lance Bass and Aubrey O’Day, former America’s Next Top Model judge Janice Dickinson, contestants from RuPaul’s Drag Race, pop star Kimberly Cole and Mean Girls' Daniel Franzese.
