Helen Mirren Talks Her Royal Accent in The Audience, Does Helium & Laments 'Manspreading'

Dame Helen Mirren took a break from reigning over Broadway in The Audience to chat with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on March 30. And by “chat,” we mean “do some helium and talk about manspreading.” Yes, Mirren may be a pro at capturing Queen Elizabeth II’s “terribly posh” accent, but what’s truly impressive is her ability to say “spotted dick” after sucking in a healthy dose of helium. Fallon commended Mirren for her picture-perfect subway etiquette, but Mirren insisted she’s no underground angel. In fact, she may or may not have sent someone to subway jail.
