Kate Buddeke to Join Off-Broadway's Bug

Gypsy's Kate Buddeke is set to replace original cast member Shannon Cochran in off-Broadway's Bug on August 31. Jonno Roberts Take Me Out will take over for Paul Sparks and Troy West who appeared in Bug in Chicago will replace Michael Canavan.
Buddeke was recently featured as Mazeppa in the Broadway revival of Gypsy. She previously appeared on the Great White Way in Carousel and Death of a Salesman. A Chicago native, she received Joseph Jefferson Awards for her performances in productions of Dancing at Lughnasa, David's Mother, Gypsy and Ourselves Alone.

Tracy Letts' Bug, which plays at the Barrow Street Theatre, will continue to feature Michael Cullen and Dee Pelletier.
