What a treat
"Beautifully choreographed, stellar cast. Acting, dancing and singing were all fantastic. However, there were a few moments that I found dated and sexist, such as pinching a female's breasts and simultaneously squeezing a horn. Not necessary and it really turned me off. The sexism of the time is one thing, but this seemed excessive. There were only a few such incidents and they didn't really detract from the whole experience."

My first time watching a Broadway show and I would love to see it again!
"When I knew I was going to visit New York, I knew I needed to watch at least one musical while I was there. I didn't want to see a story I had already seen in a film, so that it would be entirely new to me and I could enjoy it to the fullest.
What I didn't know was that 'Chicago' would affect me so deeply. Each character is entirely different yet full of depth. Seeing the actress playing Velma perform was incredible; I couldn't fathom how such a young woman could be so mature on stage and deliver such an impeccable performance. I followed half of the cast on social media afterwards because I was genuinely impressed.
If, like me, you want to experience the full Broadway experience, Chicago is a good place to start."
