"Incredible performances. Laurie Mercalf brought nuance and complexity to the role of Linda. Subtle choices throughout show how relevant and modern the play is today. After seeing the show, I sat in a coffee shop next to a salesman making cold calls from his cellphone: all rejections."

4th time seeing on Broadway
"George C. Scott, Dustin Hoffman, Brian Denehy and now Nathan Lane. All good performances but this one is special because of Laurie Metcalf as the one to hold things together for her 3 men — each with a fatal flaw. A powerful performance!"

Reimagining Death of A Salesman
"The integration of scenes from different parts of Willy's life made this presentation very effective. Having different actors play the younger and adult sons and Bernard worked well. The acting is superb."

A masterclass in acting
"I remember reading DoaS in high school and knowing it was a classic but not feeling riveted by it. This production is absolutely captivating! The acting was incredible -- Nathan, Laurie, Christopher and others were all so well cast for their roles. It is a hauntingly beautiful show that would resonate with adults of any age."

Amazing performance of a classic
"Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf gave riveting performances of their classic roles. Their supporting cast was strong. The staging was simple but effective. You were drawn in and consumed by the story, which is familiar to many. It is one of those shows that doesn't leave you for days. "

An Excellent Revival
"I have seen this play four times live, Brian Dennehy, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Wendell Pierce, and now Nathan Lane. This stands up with all of them and I felt that Laurie Metcalf was the best Linda I’ve seen and Christopher Abbott for me the best Biff. Nathan Lane was excellent and for me right behind Lee J Cobb and Brian Dennehy if I were to rank the different renditions of Willie Loman that I’ve seen both on film and live. I highly recommend this production."

Lane is amazing and Abbott is outstanding
"Nathan Lane is as amazing as u would hope. He does not disappoint. But Christopher Abbotts performance almost stole the show. His emotional projection is so believable it brings a tear to your eye. Laurie Metcalf is also a treasure in this production. Worth every penny. The entire cast performance will not leave u wanting. You will not be disappointed. "

Moving.
"Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf were simply and positively captivating! I personally love a drama on stage. The stark sets, the limited props, no signing, dancing or orchestra leaves it all in the hands of the actors. And these two DID NOT DISAPPOINT! You could literally feel the tension, the emotion, the anxiety in the audience that only sublime thespians can deliver. They were brilliant and believable on so many levels. Would HIGHLY recommend!"
