"Nathan Lane, Laurie Metcalf, Christopher Abbott and Ben Ahlers were incredible in this revival. The play was emotional and the acting was gut wrenching. The show runs two (2) hours and 50 minutes and I was riveted the entire time. "

Miraculous
"This is the third Broadway production of this play that I've seen, and the best one. Lane and Metcalf are at the top of their powers. I witnessed something miraculous on stage. All the rest of the cast is wonderful. The staging makes this complicated play easy to digest. The set adds to the overall gestalt. Do not miss this production. "

So many emotions felt
"I really felt what the characters were going through via the emotive acting on stage and accompanying sound design. I was overwhelmed/ verklempt during a pivotal moment in Biff’s relationship with his father, and was moved to call my grandfather this morning, after seeing the needing human in Willy the salesman as with him. Thanks for the life experience, the nominations are well earned. "

BRILLIANT acting on an American Classic
"Death of a Salesman with Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf was simply brilliant. This story is timeless and the raw emotion of the struggles and pain that all of the Loman family members experienced was on full display. Truly an acting masterclass, dense fast paced dialogue delivered with such amazing reality by top artists. Even if you’ve seen this play before…..you need to see THIS version. Bravo!!!"

Incredibly powerful
"The cast was amazing. All of the leads were so moving. Nathan Lane is the best Willy Loman ever! And Laurie Metcalf was fabulous. She is also the best Linda I’ve ever seen. The sons were also incredible. "

Salesman In Your Face
"The actors put on a doctoral clinic in this revival, and present a period piece jeweled for the audience. No singing, no dancing, just brutal life and survival on stage, with each part/role delivering on its portrayal.
It is perhaps notable for someone who might not have otherwise known, that Miller wrote this play in the early ‘40s, which means that the characters would have been having these experiences after living thru the roaring twenties and the Great Depression."

Incredible performances
"After seeing Nathan Lane in several comedic roles and a couple more serious roles, I wasn’t sure what to expect in his performance as Willy Loman. WOW! My husband and I left the theater in awe of everyone’s achievement in their roles of Willie and his family. Bravo! 👏 "

A must see for all ages
"The entire cast was on point. The feeling was real. The synergy between the cast members felt like a real family and group of friends. I've seen many Broadway shows and this one made me cry - literally cry. I have never felt so much for a character like I did for Willy Loman - maybe because I'm a Sales person and can uber relate to the pressures of daily/weekly/monthly commission expectations and falling short. Nathan Lane made it so real it was an amazing performance.
The relationship between Willy and his eldest son is also relatable on soooo many fronts and with soooo many families, which is why I said yes to "all ages' should see this play.
Best play I've seen yet on Broadway, by far! "

Insane. Incredibly intense.
"There is nothing negative to say. A true play. Actors were amazing. It was truly unexpected. Not really knowing the play was a plus. If you don't know the play, don't look up the plot; just see it.
Throughout the play, with a packed house, you could hear a pin drop for many minutes and at the same time there were many funny moments. After the standing ovation, as people were leaving, there was an eerie quiet. We met people on the street leaving and we were still moved in a way that we all agreed was hard to explain.
Nothing can match what we witnessed.
You have to experience it for yourselves, just no children. "

Great Adaptation of a VERY Depressing Play
"First, Laurie Metcalf is a goddess! Her performance was so believable and utterly painful. She was perfection. All of the actors were great. If there is anyone who does not know this story, it is not a play you will walk out of dancing and singing. Arthur Miller really understood the times and the culture he was living in, and it is just as relevant today. "
