Disappointing
"The sets were good but any musical that has to rely on pre-existing songs is not really a musical in the Broadway sense. They actually distracted from the show’s integrity as the audience is reminded of where they first heard each song and not focus on what is in front of them. No other musical element in the show was memorable. Apart from the character of the music hall’s owner, there was no real acting of note. "

Waste of time and money
"Have never seen a broadway production so lacking. We left at intermission extremely disappointed and confused. Characters seemed to be phoning in performance and completely lacked chemistry. Very disappointing and waste of money. "

very anti climax
"Had very high hopes for this broadway show upon arriving the set was stunning and before the show started the start up performance was fab… after that very boring nothing to do with moulin rouge. For the money it cost expected a lot more singing and dancing we left half way couldn’t take any more nonsense. "
