Wonderfully Chaotic and Hilariously Entertaining from Start to Finish
"I had a general idea of the premise when my husband surprised me with tickets, but nothing could have prepared us for the wonderfully chaotic experience that unfolded on stage. From the moment we took our seats, we were swept into a fast-paced, wildly entertaining performance that had us laughing from start to finish. The humor was sharp, the energy was infectious, and the entire cast was absolutely phenomenal. Each performer brought incredible talent, impeccable comedic timing, and so much personality to the show. It was one of those rare productions that is both delightfully over-the-top and genuinely impressive. We left the theater still laughing and talking about our favorite moments. We would absolutely see it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, unforgettable night out!"

Lighthearted hilarious chaos
"Laughed until I hurt. Even the playbill is part of the performance. What can go wrong, does go wrong but the cast of “professionals” persisted to the end. Very well done. If you have ever been on stage, you have feared these moments. "

Laugh your ass off
"This is the most fun my family and I have at a play ever. Zany, fast and hysterical. We never knew what was going to happen from one minute to the next and it got wilder every time. That actors were incredible and their timing impeccable. And huge props to the set designers for creating an unimaginable set. We all loved it from the 10 year old to the 73 year old. And the theater itself was perfect."

Non stop laughter
"Started a little slow but it really picked up afterwards. Never know what will happen next but you can count on it will! Venue was on the smaller side but that was a plus for me. Lots of physical comedy, pratfalls. "

Fantastic family experience
"A lovely show we would happily attend again. Enjoyed by adults and children alike, as the real fun in this show, is that the actual plot is in fact the hilarious twist of the script itself. This is certainly a show for everyone, not one you'd drag your kids to (or be dragged by them and wait patiently to go home). Besides the plot, the sense of proximity and the interaction between the performers and the audience, made for a warm and friendly ambiance. In my humble opinion, this is the way theatre is meant to be. Bright lights, 3D music and special effects are fine but -call me old-fashioned- I find them more appropriate for the "big screen". "

Even funnier than expected!
"This show was fantastic. We attended with our 12-year old. We were all out of breath from laughing and howling through the entire show. I was worried how over his head the show would be, but the dialogue and acting pulled it together. We would definitely come back and are recommending it to everyone. "

Everything went right
"I knew this show was going to be amusing but I was NOT prepared for the antics, the jokes, the Play within the play, the physical comedy…the staging, hijinks, slapstick, and just the complexity of the production…I cannot recommend this show enough. Thank you cast and crew 👏"

MUST SEE!!
"I am from Texas and this was my first time seeing a Broadway show. I had the absolute best time at this Broadway show! From start to finish, it was incredibly well put together—every scene flowed seamlessly, and you could tell how much thought and talent went into the production. The cast was phenomenal, delivering their lines with perfect timing and energy that kept the audience fully engaged. What really stood out was how hilarious it was. I found myself laughing nonstop—the kind of laughter where you’re still giggling even after the joke has passed. The humor was clever, fresh, and perfectly executed without feeling forced. The set design, lighting, and overall atmosphere added so much to the experience, making it feel immersive and alive. It’s one of those shows that pulls you in and doesn’t let go until the final curtain. I would 100% see this again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, unforgettable night. Broadway at its best! 🎭✨ I would definitely recommend this if you’re in NYC!!"

The Play That's SO Right!
"My daughter and I have been fans of The Goes Wrong Show for a long time, so attending The Play That Goes Wrong was an easy decision. The Play is even better! The actors fully commit to the silliness and the physicality. I need to see it again to catch the details I missed while I was laughing, and laughing so hard I cried! I'm already planning my next trip to New York to take my husband and I can't wait!!!"

An Excellent Day With A Moody Teenager
"I was trying to figure out something to do with my teenage daughter while her mother was away. The Play That Goes Wrong was an amazing choice. Very funny, accessible to all, reasonably priced, nearly two hours of laughs and, most importantly, my daughter wants to go back and see it again."

Hilariously chaotic and fun!
"The show is packed with a variety of comedy from proud silly characters and physical calamities to every possible mishap a stage performance could possibly have. Right from the beginning the audience is pulled into the chaos and the laughter continues throughout the entire show. This is a delightful production definitely worth seeing, enjoy!!"

About The Play That Goes Wrong

Welcome to opening night of the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society’s newest production, The Murder at Haversham Manor. This 1920s whodunit has everything you never wanted in a Broadway show—a ramshackle set, a leading lady with a concussion, and a corpse that can’t play dead. It’s a classic murder mystery… and it’s a mystery how it ever got to Broadway!
