"Proof was exceptional. I attended with my 29-year-old daughter, who holds a Ph.D., and we both appreciated the wonderfully geeky humor woven throughout the story. The mathematics and intellectual banter were entertaining, but what stayed with us was the father-daughter relationship at the heart of the play. It was beautifully written, emotionally authentic, and deeply moving.
The entire cast delivered strong performances, but the actress portraying Katie was extraordinary. She carried the emotional weight of the production with remarkable depth, vulnerability, intelligence, and subtle humor. It was a performance that never felt forced and remained compelling from beginning to end.
Whether you have a love for mathematics or not, Proof is ultimately about family, identity, grief, trust, and the complicated bond between a father and daughter. It is one of those rare plays that is intellectually engaging while remaining profoundly human. I highly recommend it.

Proof was amazing!
"Proof was an amazing experience. Although Don Cheadle and Adrienne Warren were unavailable, I still felt the emotional impact from Thomas Silcott and Shayvawn Webster’s performances (respectively). Ayo and Jin’s performances were electrical and fully engaging. The set design was beautiful and the lighting carried the story perfectly. I loved Proof!"

Enjoyable and Memorable
"“Proof” was both thought-provoking and delightfully humorous at times. The cast delivered a compelling portrayal of characters struggling to understand one another, making the story engaging and relatable. I was captivated from the opening scene to the very end. The performances, pacing, and storytelling kept my attention throughout, making it an enjoyable and memorable theatrical experience."

Phenomenal acting
"I thought this show was phenomenal. The acting was top tier and the story was well put together through the show. It was extremely engaging despite there only being four actors and the same scene/location! I would highly recommend seeing it before it’s gone!"

Phenomenal cast
"Edebiri was captivating as a young woman, grieving the loss of a brilliant mind. She is misunderstood and underestimated. We've all experienced this at some point in our lives and she did it so well. Young was wonderful as a sister trying to do her best. Cheadle, do I need to elaborate? And Ha was so believable and when we didn't like him, we got it. Phenomenal."

Broadway needs more plays like this!
"The two leads were outstanding, nothing less than I expected from such talents. Of the supporting cast I have some reservations on the casting choice for Katie's sister.
The story line is as applicable to our times as when it was written. "

A story that needs to be told
"A simple but relevant story that maintains focus on mental health, family dynamics and relationships. Cheadle is the name but the 3 other mains (Edebiri, Young, Ha) carry the show. Ayo makes the transition from the small screen to the big stage in a way that seems this is where she belongs. Her physical presence is felt but balanced against the subtle nuance of a long pause or facial reaction. The topic is heavy but the tone is light due to some fun banter and laughter throughout. Cheers!"

"overall well done by the actors. We enjoyed the attitude that Ayo brought to Catherine's character as it helped provide good energy to the performance. Because of this, the play didn't feel weighted down by the depression of the characters. "
