The complete cast for the North American tour of BOOP! The Musical is set. The musical, based on Max Fleischer’s beloved character, will kick off its 50-week tour at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre in Rochester, New York on October 3.
Joining previously announced Aliya Grace as Betty Boop are Mason Ballard as Dwayne, Ashia Collins as Carol Evans, Michelle Jennings as Valentina, Dan Mason as Grampy, Joshua Woodie as Raymond Demarest, Ashley Calderon as Trisha, Adam Clarke as Pudgy and Kevin W. Egan as Oscar Delacorte.
Ballard makes his national tour debut in BOOP! The Musical. Collins previously toured with Hairspray. Jennings recently starred in the world premiere of Feels Like the First Time: The Foreigner Musical. Mason’s touring credits includes Beetlejuice. Woodie performed regionally in The Bridges of Madison County. Calderon makes her national tour debut. Clarke is the artistic director of Puppet Pants, a company specializing in wordless puppetry. Egan also makes his national tour debut.
The cast also includes Kevin Bowman, Christian J. Collins, Leah Faye, Kayla Goins, Eric Gonzalez, Jesse Hanks, Izzy Herz, Anya Katherine Jones, Jaxon Keller, Elie Kuppermann, Helena Elizabeth Laing, Ava Madara, Neema Muteti, Annalise Northway, PJ Palmer, Jame Tomé Rotz, Kenneth Sweeney, Devyn Trondson and Evan Michael Vaughan.

The BOOP! North American tour features scenic design by David Rockwell, costume design by Gregg Barnes, lighting design by Philip S. Rosenberg, sound design by Gareth Owen, projection design by Finn Ross, hair and wig design by Sabana Majeed, makeup design by Michael Clifton, illusions design by Skylar Fox, marionette design by The Huber Marionettes. Music supervision and additional arrangements are by Daryl Waters with orchestrations by Doug Besterman and dance music arrangements by Zane Mark.
With music and arrangements by Grammy winner David Foster, lyrics by Susan Birkenhead and a book by Bob Martin, BOOP! The Musical follows Betty Boop, as she steps away from her black and white world for one colorful day in New York City. Her adventure brings music, romance and a reminder that everyone is capable of amazing things.
