A brilliant thing
"A one-woman show about depression, hope, and all the brilliant things that keep us here. So much courage to hold that stage alone. > As a psychologist, I was especially moved by how Tracee opened up such a sensitive conversation. So many people, especially in communities of color, still feel therapy means "I'm not crazy." This show reminds us how invisible depression can be, even to the people closest to us. > Thank you, Tracee, for bringing so much heart to such an important story. Be well. 💛 Karen Cochrane, "

Well done!
"This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in NYC. Tracee did a phenomenal job keeping the audience engaged. Her delivery and charm were out of this world. The subject matter was heavy, dealing with depression and all. But, the story was told in a tasteful way, with some comedic relief to keep you from crying. I wasnt expecting to laugh so much. Well done!"

A transformative experience
"This was more than a play, it was an interactive, immersive, and transformative experience. Ms. Ellis Ross brought a sensitive topic to life in a manner that was human, thoughtful, and thought provoking. I'm so grateful she saw fit to share her gifts through these words on stage."

Life changing experience
"Every brilliant thing is a true work of art. It capture the essence of existence - the lightness and heaviness and everything I between. Tracee is a powerhouse she brings so much wonder to the play. (her singing was a highlight for me) I felt empowered by the messages - and at the same time I felt small but in a humbling way that prompt me to slow down and check in on my self and others. "

Life affirming talent
"Tracee was a masterclass actor in this emotional, life affirming one person show. Without giving much away but as a suggestion I had some trouble hearing voices from the audience side so perhaps some visual projection of words could be helpful. "
