LOVED IT!!
"Was there on ApriI 2nd and I LOVED the performance!! I think this new cast does a really good job of making it their own. Jordan Tyson's haunting vocals and Joshua Colley's sweet approach to the role just break your heart. J. Harrison Ghee brings a swag and physicality to the role that's a pleasure to witness. And Gaby Moreno, to me the crown jewel of this cast, delivers a vibrant performance with stunning vocals (very jazzy) that suit the themes and vibe perfectly. Another plus for me is the amazing lighting design and the great use of trapdoors and the turntable. Also, the overall performance of the chorus, the Fates, and the band brings depth to the main cast's vocals. Great show, would 100% recommend and would definitely see it again!"

"I did not know the story of Hadestown, so I was so surprised at how meaningful the story was, all of the actors were incredibly talented, the actor who played Hades, Gary Dourdan was spectacular, I loved every song, as the story was ending you cold hear how emotional the audience became (sniffles), the actors did. great job engaging the audience in the story."

Just kept getting better
"This started as a sleeper for me. I had read great reviews so knew it would be good, but didn’t know how good! The songs, set, choreography and performances-both the performers and the musicians- build on themselves from “what’re they going to do with this” to totally enthralled “wow!”
This was so well done and all the actors and musicians so wonderfully talented. My favorite were The Fates… they were a perfect trio delivering song, wit, and what you want on Broadway. The choreography and use of set was fantastic.
We loved this! I’d see it again and again. "

Road to Hell… Heaven for Your Ears
"Such a dynamic show, pulling at your heartstrings in the best of ways! I’ve never had so much fun at a show that made me want to cry. Everyone on that stage, especially the musicians, genuinely seems to enjoy their performance with everything they’ve got.
