"Masquerade is simply one of the best shows I've seen. I was enthralled the entire time and was immersed as though I was part of the story. I was emotionally moved several times by the story & cast and when we moved into a new room/scene. The sets are phenomenal and several literally took my breath away. It is also a logistical masterpiece. The guides were fabulous for moving us about. Note: it does require pretty quick moving from room to room and a number of stairs/escalators. "As a lifelong Phantom fan I knew I had to see Masquerade but was a bit nervous it would dilute my love. It didn't! It's a whole different experience as you are swept into the story and the action from the first moment. The director is genius for requiring attendees to wear formal clothes and masks (though some, sadly, chose not to play along) as it increased the intimate setting. The performers gave their all - every bit as much as would be seen on stage, down to the sweat and tears. I would gladly go again. Suggestions such as flat heels and no long garments should be taken to heart. There are quite a few stairs to climb and dim lighting, but worth every step."

"Masquerade was a theatrical experience I will never forget. To be part of one of my favorites plays. It was intimate, daring, exciting, and touching.
I got to toast with Raul. Throw a flower to Christine, get out if the way of the Phantom. My two young adult children absolutely loved this experience as well. One was even the Phantom accomplice to Carletta's downfall.
I know the 3 of us felt special and truly a part of the show. Im certain the cast made everyone else feel the same.
And that ending.... allI I will say is not a dry eye in the room! "
