"We’ve loved The Phantom of the Opera for years, so when we saw the Today Show feature an immersive version of it, we knew we had to find a way to experience it ourselves. What followed was an absolute whirlwind. My husband, my son, and I flew from Orlando to New York City for one reason and one reason only—to see this show. We flew back the very next day, and all three of us agree: it was completely worth it.
I’m not sure I even have the adjectives to do it justice. Incredible, magical, and captivating come to mind immediately, but somehow it felt like even more than that. Being fully immersed in the production made you feel as though you were part of the story unfolding around you.
The cast was extraordinary—both their acting and their singing were truly Broadway worthy. The sets, the movement through each space, and the sheer logistics of how the audience travels through the experience were mind blowing. After this, it’s hard to imagine going back to a traditional Broadway show, knowing the level of awe that comes from being completely surrounded by the performance.
We’re already talking about doing it again. BRAVO! BRAVO!

Beyond Incredible!
"Simply the most emotionally, intimate Broadway experience I’ve ever had. Like being on the stage, & in sone cases participating in the production. Bonus is a first -rate work out w/halls & steps walking between scenes/floors. Cast butlers made every attempt to seat those who needed to on any available seating in the scene rooms.
Patrons adhered to the dress code & masks were provided when needed.

Best Theatre Experience of My Life!
"It was complete immersion experience from the moment we put on our formal black and white outfits to the bottom of our specialty beverages in the “Lair” afterward the show.
First visit to NYC. Big fans of our local community theater for over a decade. Our son found his community there. Between his shows and supporting all his friends in their productions around the area we see productions every couple of weeks.
Masquerade was a completely different way to participate in the story telling. We were in the rooms with the cast! At times they included individuals in the scene. I won’t elaborate because it might spoil the fun!
We utilized the ADA option because I was a few weeks out from major surgery. There’s a bit of climbing stairs and standing for 10+ minutes which would have overtaxed my current stamina. They gave the two of us our own private “Butler”. He guided us from room to room, provided a chair when I needed it and took us via the elevator between floors. It was seamless! I really appreciated the special care I received and it made it easier for my husband to enjoy the experience instead of worrying about me.
The cast may have mistaken us for VIP’s because Carlotta took quite a fancy to my husband! And the Phantom was so close a couple of times I could see the color of his eyes!
Do not hesitate to book the tickets! I’d go again and again if I was local just to see all the different combinations of cast members.

"Masquerade is simply one of the best shows I've seen. I was enthralled the entire time and was immersed as though I was part of the story. I was emotionally moved several times by the story & cast and when we moved into a new room/scene. The sets are phenomenal and several literally took my breath away. It is also a logistical masterpiece. The guides were fabulous for moving us about. Note: it does require pretty quick moving from room to room and a number of stairs/escalators.
