That’s entertainment
"The play was very funny. Two of the leads were making their Broadway debut and they were wonderful. Lively show. Amazing they made a funny musical about this true story. Only complaint is the balcony seats had absolutely no leg room (and I am short)."

Laugh Out Loud Funny
"What a great musical. I loved the history behind it first of all. The 5 performers were incredible; I was stunned at how many character changes and costume changes they each had to complete, and they were all wonderful performances! A special shout out to Jeff Kready who played Hester so incredibly I cried (along with a fair few people sitting by me). This musical was wonderfully funny, and it had good heart too. Bravo!"

Based on a true story, humorous.
"The show was great, despite times we couldn’t make out the actor’s audio. This is a high energy comedy based on a serious true story.
The song Dear Bill a letter from home sung by Sam Hartley (understudy) couldn’t have left a dry eye in the theater.
Bravo to the cast at the Sunday matinee!"

Hilarious and brilliantly performed
"Operation Mincemeat was hilarious, brilliantly performed, and full of nonstop energy. The cast’s ability to jump between roles was incredible, and their stage presence and vocals were top-tier. My husband called it the best musical he’s ever seen, and I’m not arguing. A fantastic night at the theater."

A clever complex true story that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
"We liked the second act especially! We thought the acting and music were superb and the theme so clever and engaging. I think it is too mature for children, though.
I would definitely recommend it to others."

Hilarious, historical, and heartwarming
"What a delight! The storytelling was spot on, simultaneously accurate and self-effacing, enhanced by swapping gender portrayals. The music was catchy and fun, the small set of actors incredibly versatile, and it left me wanting more. The cast was incredibly gracious to all the fans afterward. Listening to the soundtrack on repeat and will see again!"

About
Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical
The year is 1943 and right now we’re losing the war. Luckily, we’re about to gamble all our futures on a stolen corpse.
Singin’ in the Rain meets Strangers on a Train, Operation Mincemeat is the fast-paced, hilarious and unbelievable true story of the twisted secret mission that won us World War II.
Bursting at the seams with the kind of chaos you couldn’t invent, the question is: how did a dead body, a fake love letter, and - of all people - Ian Fleming come together to wrong-foot Hitler?
