"It was the first 2 person show I have ever seen. I was unsure about it for a lot of reasons. Call me converted!! I was hooked from the first line. I belly laughed so many times I can’t count! A Fun Trip across NY
"I thoroughly enjoyed Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York). The cast was terrific, and the music and humor made for a very entertaining experience. I thought the use of luggage as the backdrop for all of the sets was a clever and creative staging choice. That said, I felt some scenes could have been brought to life more effectively. For example, the subway scenes and the Plaza Hotel sequence would have benefited from a little more visual detail to better capture the feel of those iconic New York settings. Even so, it was a wonderful production, and I would definitely recommend it."

"I liked that it wasn’t an extravaganza—it was a relatively simple set ( although cleverly done.)
The show was excellent due to its original story line , excellent musical score, and the acting of the two characters. No special effects were needed.
I like theater ( and movies) that have interesting stories and character development by excellent actors. This play met that criteria—no other accoutrements needed.
I highly recommend it!
