A wonderful show
"I didn’t know what to expect. I saw an ad and thought I want to see that. After seeing the Tonys I gained a little insight to the show and was taken by not only the performance, but also the set.
What performances we saw! Both performers were amazing at singing and acting (we saw the standby Phoenix Best as Robin). The story didn’t have a false step. Back to the sets. The set pieces were so clever. I just loved how it all worked! I left feeling so much better for getting to meet these characters. "

"This show was so much more than we thought it would be. I watched a Saturday matinee performance with my wife and 14 yr old daughter. It’s amazing how two actors and a simple set can take us on such a comedic, emotional and deeply human journey. The performance was exceptional. Amazing show! Human, touching, and incredibly funny
"We saw 3 shows in one weekend while in NY for my daughter's 18th birthday, and this show was the best by far. The actors' natural chemistry and incredible voices, the simplicity but full use of the stage design, and the visible orchestra were award worthy. The singing and genuine humor made it the best show I've seen this year. I fell in love with Doughal and respected and wanted to be "his auntie" 😆! Highly recommend.
