Barrett Foa was most recently seen as First Gentleman Elliott Morgan on the Netflix/Shondaland White House murder mystery, The Residence. He is perhaps best known to audiences as tech whiz Eric Beale on 12 seasons and 275+ episodes of the hit CBS drama, NCIS: Los Angeles.  Guest stars include Will & Grace (2019), Inventions That Changed the World, Entourage, NCIS, and The Closer. Barrett’s Broadway credits include Princeton/Rod in Avenue Q, Leaf Coneybear in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and the original company of Mamma Mia! Off-Broadway: the 1-man-7-character-100-minute comedy Buyer & Cellar at Barrow Street; Jesus in Godspell (30th Anniversary cast recording w/ Shoshana Bean); Tio Pepe at The Public; and he originated the role of Eddie in Adam Bock’s The Drunken City at Playwrights Horizons. Barrett had the honor of playing Prior in Angels in America: Parts 1 & 2 (St. Louis Rep - Theatre Circle nom.); as well as Oscar in Sweet Charity opposite Laura Bell Bundy (Reprise 2.0 - LA Ovation Award nom.); Harold Hill in The Music Man (CT Rep); Max in The Sound of Music (Ogunquit Playhouse); and has played lead roles at Paper Mill Playhouse, Bay Street Theatre, The MUNY, Hartford Stage, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley, North Shore, MT of Wichita, Pittsburgh CLO, Weston Playhouse, and The Shakespeare Theatre in D.C.  He's developed work at Roundabout, Playwrights Horizons, New York Theatre Workshop, Ars Nova, IAMA, and Signature Theatre. Barrett twice served as the on-air backstage host of the Tony Awards. He attended Interlochen Arts Camp for four summers, studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, and is a proud graduate of The University of Michigan's Musical Theatre Department. Barrett is a founding member and Vice President of the Board of the nonprofit, Every Day Action, which reallocates Hollywood's excess food to the unhoused and hungry.
