Welcome to Westerberg High, where popularity is a matter of life and death, and Veronica Sawyer is just another nobody dreaming of a better day. But when she's unexpectedly taken under the wings of The Heathers – three beautiful and impossibly cruel classmates all named Heather – her dreams of popularity finally start to come true. So just completely fulfilling
"I specifically took my 14 year old to NYC for a planned theater experience. The experience was NOT for Heathers. Not because it wouldn’t be great but she is in another show at her local theater and thought it would be great to see it in NYC. I happened to see Heathers was playing and added it to the itinerary for a surprise bonus. Omg. First off Heathers WAS the grand prize. It soooooo out performed our expectations and the other show, a more famous one was a disappointment to be honest so this made the trip worth it. Anything to “racy” for a kid they would have to know to understand it and parents can talk it out if they have questions but I think it is fine if your a talker to your kids for anything above there age. The singing was exceptional. Acting fabulous and the costumes super. Just do it! "

Must see! Hilarious and fun, perfect for teens
"We went as a family of four including two teens, ages 13 and 15. We all LOVED it! Neither kid has seen the movie, so they had zero expectations. Hilarious, amazing songs, excellent acting. This is a must see play, especially for teens! Lots to relate to. Yes it has a “sex scene” and other language some might get offended by…then go see Aladdin if you think you will be offended. The experience at the theater was also great. We sat in the mezzanine and the view was awesome even from there. Go and enjoy! "

All fellow Gen-X'ers need to see this!
"So fun, great acting and incredible singing. What a way to bring back one of the most iconic films of our generation. The score is the most incredible part of the show. The way they transformed the story with songs is impressive. This is the 2nd time the show has been mounted in NYC and it's exactly the right time to see it. Highly recommend!"
