Masquerade Tickets

Yes. Masquerade is a fully immersive production of The Phantom of the Opera, featuring the iconic score by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Guests are encouraged to wear their own masquerade mask that celebrates the occasion and reflects personal style. If you don’t have one, glasses-compatible masks will be provided.

No. For your safety and the safety of our team, we do not permit bags of any kind in Masquerade. We do, however, offer complimentary bag and coat check upon entry, where you may store your belongings.

For most performances, Masquerade is a 21+ experience. However, all matinee performances will welcome guests aged 13+. All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

No outside food or beverage of any kind is permitted. A full service bar is available at the end of the performance and water is available throughout.

All guests must arrive on-time and ready to enter the venue at their scheduled entry time. You must arrive and check in with your full group. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

Yes. Guests must wear formal or cocktail attire in black, white, silver, or a combination thereof.

Yes. Each guest receives either a glass of Taittinger champagne or a non-alcoholic option on arrival.

Lace, couture, or partially-faced masquerade masks are welcome. Masquerade masks should cover just the eyes and upper cheeks. No LEDs, celebrity likenesses, Phantom masks, full-face masks, or political imagery allowed. You will be moving in close proximity to other guests, so please consider sightlines when selecting your mask. Should you arrive with a masquerade mask inappropriate for the occasion, one will be provided for you.
