Fans of NBC’s Smash may remember her as the high-flying diva Ana Vargas in the original television series. Krysta starred as Cinderella in the Broadway revival of Into the Woods and in The Collaboration for Manhattan Theatre Club. Most recently, she took on the role of Rosie Alvarez in the Kennedy Center/Broadway Center Stage production of Bye Bye Birdie. Rodriguez co-starred in the Emmy Award winning Netflix/Ryan Murphy limited series Halston as the iconic entertainer Liza Minnelli, which marked her return to the platform after starring in Daybreak with Matthew Broderick. Krysta’s long list of television roles include the NBC series Trial & Error and Smash. Other credits include recurring roles on Younger, Married, Gossip Girl, Quantico, Chasing Life, The Mysteries of Laura and Indoor Boys (Indie Series Award). Rodriguez’s theater résumé includes  Theresa Rebeck’s play Seared at MCC, in a role she originated at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, for which she was honored with an Outer Critics Circle Award for her performance. Rodriguez took on the role of famous animated princess ‘Megara’ in Disney’s premiere stage adaptation Hercules as part of The Public Theater’s PublicWorks program. Broadway credits include: Ilse in the Deaf West revival of Spring Awakening; First Date and original companies of The Addams Family, In the Heights, Spring Awakening, A Chorus Line (Revival) and Good Vibrations. Other memorable turns include Anita in West Side Story at The Kennedy Center with the National Symphony Orchestra; What We’re Up Against at The Women’s Project; and a standout in the Hollywood Bowl production of A Chorus Line as ‘Diana’. 

Sophie Carmen-Jones originated the role of Nini in the West End company of Moulin Rouge! The Musical when it premiered in London in 2021. She’s also appeared on London’s West End in Jersey Boys, Viva Forever! (original cast), Wicked and We Will Rock You and on tour in the UK as Velma Kelly in Chicago. Her television credits include One Day (Netflix), Dark Money (BBC), Cleaning Up (ITV), White Gold (BBC) and Unforgotten (ITV). She’s appeared on film in The Little Mermaid, Death on the Nile, Cinderella, Rocketman, Cats, Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast.

Mark Ballas is a dynamic, multihyphenate performer whose career spans television, Broadway, dance, and music. He first captured national attention as one of the breakout professionals on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, where he became a mainstay for over a decade. An 11-time finalist and three-time champion, Mark earned a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Choreography. Beyond the ballroom, he is a two-time World Choreography Award winner and five-time nominee, and served as choreographer for a Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime commercial, further cementing his reputation as one of the industry’s most innovative creative forces. Mark trained at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts in London, England, graduating with honors and building the technical and theatrical foundation that would shape his multifaceted career. With a strong foundation in musical theater, Mark brought his stage presence and vocal talent to Broadway and national tours alike. He made his Broadway debut in 2016 as the final Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys at the August Wilson Theatre, later performing the role on the National Tour in Los Angeles and at The Muny Theatre in St. Louis. He went on to star as Charlie Price in Kinky Boots on Broadway in 2019, and previously appeared in the UK National Tour of The Buddy Holly Story as the Clearlake Drummer and first cover for Richie Valens.  In 2025, Mark broadened his television horizons by joining the cast of Peacock’s The Traitors US Season 4, stepping into a high-stakes reality competition that tests strategy, alliances, and social gameplay. Alongside his performance work, Mark is an accomplished guitarist, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. He is one half of the indie duo Alexander Jean with his wife, acclaimed singer songwriter BC Jean, who co-wrote the global hit “If I Were a Boy” recorded by Beyoncé. Since forming in 2015, Alexander Jean has amassed over 200 million streams worldwide. Their debut single, “Roses and Violets,” reached the Top 10 on the iTunes/Apple Music overall chart, hit #1 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart, and appeared on Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot 100. Tracks like “Highs and Lows” have found viral popularity on TikTok, and their cover of Marcy Playground’s “Sex and Candy” became a social media phenomenon, generating over 100 million views and inspiring more than 750,000 user-generated videos. Mark currently splits his time between New York City and Los Angeles. Up next, Alexander Jean has new music forthcoming in 2026.

Matteo Lane is a multifaceted talent known for his unique blend of stand-up comedy, musical prowess and artistic versatility.  Lane is in the midst of his third international tour, We Gotta Catch Up.  Since his debut worldwide tour, Matteo has sold out shows at Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, The Chicago Theater and The Kennedy Center.  He has several stand up specials, including: Al Dente, streaming on Hulu/Disney+, Hair Plugs & Heartache, and The Advice Special.  Described by Advocate as “bold and unflinchingly genuine,” Lane has over 4.5 million followers across social media. On screen, his credits include Abbott Elementary, Survival of the Thickest, and Maintenance Required. Matteo can also be seen in Netflix’s all-queer stand-up special Outstanding: A Comedy Revolution and The Joan Rivers Tribute on NBC/Peacock.
