The play, as well as the performances, were very powerful. I never imagined that I could sit in a darkened theater for three hours and remain as riveted as I was. Being familiar with the playwright and stars as I was, I came in with high expectations. My expectations were exceeded. I would recommend this play to anybody I can think of. Broadway musicals are always fun but for me, this production is what Broadway is all about. It was the best time I ever had at the theater.

It has depth, emotion, and it's history coming alive! This was my fourth time seeing it live, and I always have a new take-away each time. Just love it!

Christian Douglas and Kellie Watts, the main characters, delivered a superb performance. Their singing, and their expressions were perfect. The choreography was nice the way the story was told.
The set backdrops were amazing, so 3D and lifelike.
The seats were a little tight for my 6-2 frame, but I was still comfortable.

This was my first time in NYC and seeing Wicked. The actors did a great job and the lighting was perfect. The seats were comfortable. The theater is easy to navigate.

This is my first time to see a Broadway show. It was a fantastic experience. Funny, joyful, jokes were not only about the religion but also people and society. All of the actors were phenomenal - from the main roles to the characters in the background. I had so much fun, music is amazing, stage, dancing, but jokes were the best!

This presentation was fabulous from beginning to end. Sets with CGI backdrops created real life depth to actors with seamless changes from act to act. Singing and dance were spectacular and of course the storyline could not be better!!

Finally got to see Chess on Broadway! This has been #1 on my bucket list for 35+years. The BEST I have ever seen… music - as always - was wonderful but the voices and performances were incredible. This had better win lots of Tonys in June!

Having seen Chicago on stage plus the movie (great) over the past 30 yrs, we decided to catch it during our most recent NYC visit. Honestly, the driving force was curiosity over the casting of Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas. We were not disappointed. Whitney is far more than a novelty act. She CAN sing, dance and act. We expected Mark to dance with ease; his singing exceeded all expectations.
Chicago is simply a wonderful show. Whitney and Mark were inspired casting choices.

A simple but relevant story that maintains focus on mental health, family dynamics and relationships. Cheadle is the name but the 3 other mains (Edebiri, Young, Ha) carry the show. Ayo makes the transition from the small screen to the big stage in a way that seems this is where she belongs. Her physical presence is felt but balanced against the subtle nuance of a long pause or facial reaction. The topic is heavy but the tone is light due to some fun banter and laughter throughout. Cheers!

I have not laughed this hard and this much in a very long time. This show is non- stop fun from the moment the curtain opens. Every facial expression, cleverly written line, and scene was hysterical. Thank you for a much needed night of chuckles!

'Hamilton' is the most exciting and significant musical of the decade. Sensationally potent and theatrically vital, it is plugged straight into the wall socket of contemporary music. This show makes me feel hopeful for the future of musical theater.

A spectacular, rather perfect Broadway musical not only grounded in a serious love and understanding of the traditions that make a Broadway musical great but also filled with love for the very flawed, mortal characters who populate this romp.

Broadway reviews give theatergoers valuable insight into what to expect before purchasing tickets.
Reading both customer reviews and professional critic reviews helps paint a complete picture of a show’s performances, production quality, and overall audience experience.
Whether you’re deciding between a long-running musical or a brand-new play, reviews are one of the best tools for making an informed choice.
Why Verified Customer Reviews Matter
Our customer reviews are written by verified ticket buyers, ensuring that every opinion comes from someone who has actually attended the show.
These authentic Broadway reviews highlight everything from standout performances to theater comfort, giving you real feedback you can trust.
Unlike unverified sources, our platform makes it clear which comments are genuine, helping you sort through opinions with confidence.
The Value of Professional Critic Perspectives
Critic reviews, on the other hand, offer professional perspectives on direction, writing, acting, and staging.
By comparing critic commentary with verified customer feedback, you’ll see how a show resonates both with audiences and experts.
This balanced approach makes it easier to decide whether a show is right for you, whether you’re planning your first Broadway trip or adding another production to your must-see list.
